Advising on a joint venture between private equity funds in USA and Hong Kong to create a hotel investment vehicle under a new hotel brand with an initial seeding of 3 hotels and a development pipeline of 12 more hotels. Advised on all aspects of the hotel management integration into the joint venture, and corporate hospitality related aspects of the development management agreement, shareholders agreements and sale and purchase agreement.
