Predee is currently a Legal Director with BH2I and Head of our Thailand Office. Predee earned post-graduate diplomas from leading universities in Thailand and the United Kingdom, and is a licensed Thailand Attorney-at Law and Thai notarial services attorney. Predee advises and represents clients in a vast array of business and commercial transactions, including corporate, hospitality, real estate, banking, finance, data protection, technology law, employment, and regulatory compliance. He counsels prominent hotel operators and developers on hotel management, branded residences, and franchise transactions in Thailand, Singapore, and other Asia-Pacific jurisdictions.
He has advised several global hotel operators on all aspects of market entry into the Thailand and Asia Pacific markets. He advises clients on Thailand's requirements for foreign business licenses and BOI investment promotion scheme and provides strategic litigation counsel for disputes involving high value hospitality and real estate assets. His knowledge extends to real estate banking and finance, securities, and hotels and mixed-use project REITS. He is a guest lecturer of law at Ramkhamhaeng University and a prestigious hospitality college in Thailand.
